Amazon Dispatch → Warehouse → Customer: follow both stages of a shipment on a single timeline, TBA numbers included. Know the real profit of every sale at the exchange rate for the day it sold. When a package gets stuck, you find out before your customer does.

01 One package, end to end
From the Amazon warehouse to your customer's door, what happens at each step?
An Amazon-to-Amazon package travels in two stages: first within the US to your warehouse, then internationally to the customer. DropPanel does a different job at each of the six checkpoints.

01
Amazon — the order goes in
By hand, by pasting into Quick Add, or by uploading a spreadsheet. We read the carrier from the tracking number: UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post and Amazon Logistics (TBA) included. Quick Add and spreadsheet uploads catch duplicate numbers.
02
Warehouse — stage one ends
You see the package reach the warehouse, but that is not “Delivered” — the customer doesn’t have it yet. Everything sitting at the warehouse is in the Warehouse Turnover list: a warning after 2 days, a phone notification after 3.
03
Dispatch — stage two begins
Events arrive from a network of 1,600+ carriers, and customs terms are explained right under the event that mentions them. Packages that share the same problem are grouped in Bulk Actions, so you can review them together instead of one by one.
04
Customs — the wait becomes visible
A package held at customs is counted under Customs Risk. The AI Status Report comes in three parts: Status · Assessment · Action. If the package is stuck, it names the likely reason and offers to set a reminder.
05
Local Delivery — know the risk in advance
When the carrier’s estimate runs past your deadline, Deadline risk flags it days in advance. A notification goes to your phone, so you can act on a late package before your customer asks about it — and before it reaches your account health.
06
Customer — profit and returns settle
Each sale lands in your books at the exchange rate for the day it sold, and delivery closes the row. If the package comes back, the item, the outbound shipping and the return shipping are combined into a single net loss. When a customer writes, paste the message in and get a draft reply in their language.
02 What’s in the panel
Everything that happens after the order, in one place.
Not a lister and not a repricer. DropPanel starts after the sale: shipments, profit, returns, customers, notifications, backups.
Logistics Command Map
Real borders for 236+ countries, down to state- and city-level positions. The panel marks the last known location of a package, and the card says how precise it is (city / state / country).

STATUS
The package has been in customs in Mississauga, ON, for 2 days. Day 4 of stage two; the carrier’s last event is “Held at customs.”
ASSESSMENT
Same event for 2 days; day 4 of stage two with 3 days to the deadline — delay risk is medium. The carrier gave no reason; the most likely one is a missing declaration or invoice.
ACTION
Confirm with your warehouse that the commercial invoice reached the carrier. If there is no movement tomorrow, tell the customer before they ask.

The customer’s name and the amounts are not sent to the AILearned glossary: 26 terms
If it doesn’t know, it says so.With no tracking data, the screen will not say “in transit”; times, countries and exchange rates are never made up. Wrong information is worse than none.
04 Data safety
One failure can never take a single record from you.
Anyone leaving spreadsheets behind has one condition: nothing gets lost. Six independent layers, each tested against real failure scenarios.
L1
History on your device
Every record is written to a local history first, so you can roll back to any earlier version.
L2
Versioned cloud backup
Versions that cannot be altered; a failed device or a bad update cannot erase the history.
L3
Server safety brake
A change that suddenly drops your record count is stopped on the server and waits for your approval.
L4
Health watchdog
A panel that cannot reach the cloud is not allowed to say “Ready.” It cannot fail silently.
L5
Continuous reconciliation
Device and cloud counts are compared regularly, and any mismatch becomes visible.
L6
A copy on your own disk
Automatic copies into a folder you choose (desktop Chrome or Edge) — pick a OneDrive or Google Drive folder and your backup lands with a second provider too.
Your data is stored on servers in Europe; backup history is kept separate from the live record.More than 4,800 automated tests run before every release.

06 Pricing
Pay for the shipments you open. Every limit is on this page — no surprises.
A “shipment” is a new order you open in a given month. Every feature is included in every plan; plans differ only in monthly shipments, number of stores and monthly AI allowance.
For anything you cannot find here, use the Contact Us chat inside the panel.
No. You enter orders by hand, by pasting into Quick Add, or by uploading a spreadsheet. We never ask for access to your Amazon account.
Yes. General tracking services cannot follow TBA numbers, so we track them ourselves. Old or already delivered numbers that Amazon no longer publishes cannot be retrieved by any service; we say that plainly instead of showing them as “in transit.”
Yes. Merged cells, repeated headers, English or Turkish column names, quarter labels and scientific notation are all handled. When the panel cannot work out a layout, the AI proposes a column mapping; nothing is imported without your approval, and any row that cannot be read is reported to you.
On servers in Europe, where each account can only see its own data. There are six independent layers: local history, versioned cloud backup, a server safety brake, a health watchdog, continuous reconciliation and automatic copies to your own disk. From Settings you can restore one of the stored versions.
Yes. Each store keeps its shipments, accounting and returns in separate books, and you switch by clicking the logo. Settings › Stores shows shipments, open items, revenue and profit side by side. The number of stores depends on your plan.
Yes. Open it in the browser and add it to your home screen; it launches like an app and sends notifications even when closed. On iPhone, notifications work only once it is on the home screen. The tablet layout is tuned separately.
You never enter card details in the panel. Once your account is open, you choose a plan in the Contact Us chat, and payment and invoice details come to you there. Plan changes go through the same chat.
The AI runs on a language-model provider’s servers outside Europe, and only the part needed for the job is sent. In most features, the customer’s name and the amounts are not sent; in Data Health fixes we send the shape of a tracking number rather than the number itself. An incoming customer message is data to be read, never an instruction to follow.
Selling is your job. Seeing what happens next is ours.
Bring shipments, profit, returns and customers onto one screen today. Setup takes minutes, and your spreadsheet can come along as is.
