Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of DropPanel ("the service", "we"). By creating an account at app.droppanel.net or by using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. Questions: support@droppanel.net
1. What the service is
DropPanel is a web panel for Amazon sellers: shipment tracking, accounting, returns management, customer-message helpers and notifications. The service is intended for business use; you confirm that you use your account in the course of your commercial activity.
DropPanel is an independent product. It has no partnership, affiliation or endorsement from Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon and related marks belong to their owners.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
3. Plans and fees
- Plans and prices are published on droppanel.net. Plans differ by the monthly shipment allowance; a "shipment" is a new order you open in the panel in a given calendar month.
- Card details are never entered into the panel; payment and invoicing are arranged through the support channel after your account is opened.
- When your monthly allowance is used up, opening new orders may be paused according to the plan you pay for; your existing data is not affected.
- Price changes are announced and do not take effect before the end of the current billing period.
4. Your data belongs to you
- You own all business data you enter into the panel. You grant us only a limited permission to process it in order to provide the service to you.
- When you enter data belonging to third parties (for example, your customers), you confirm that you have the authority and a lawful basis for us to process it on your behalf.
- You can export your data at any time from Settings.
- Details of how data is processed are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Third-party data and the limits of accuracy
- Shipment status, locations and delivery estimates come from carriers and tracking services. Their accuracy and timeliness depend on the source; DropPanel relays this information as received and, as a matter of principle, never invents what it does not know — but it cannot be held responsible for carrier-side errors or delays.
- Exchange-rate figures come from published sources and are informational.
- If you connect your Amazon account (where offered), the connection is made through Amazon's official interface with your authorization, which you can revoke at any time. Keeping your Amazon account compliant with Amazon's policies is your responsibility.
6. AI output is a suggestion
- The panel's AI features (status reports, decision suggestions, reply drafts, translation and similar) only produce suggestions; they never change any record on their own.
- AI output is not financial, legal or tax advice. Every decision about returns, customer replies and money amounts is yours; reviewing content before sending or applying it is your responsibility.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others,
- attempt to bypass the service's security measures or to access other accounts' data,
- send automated or excessive traffic in a way that harms the service,
- share or resell your account to circumvent plan limits,
- upload malicious software or unlawful content.
8. Backups and data safety
- We apply multiple layers of protection: on-device history, versioned server backups, a server-side brake that stops sudden data loss, and regular consistency checks.
- In addition, we recommend keeping your own copy with the "Backup to Your Own Disk" feature in Settings. No system can give an absolute guarantee.
9. Availability and changes to the service
- We work to keep the service available at all times; still, temporary interruptions can occur due to maintenance, updates or infrastructure problems beyond our control. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
- We may add, change or remove features. Changes that significantly affect your use are announced a reasonable time in advance.
10. Suspension and termination
- On a material breach of these terms we may suspend or close your account — with prior warning, or immediately for severe breaches (security attacks, unlawful use).
- You can close your account at any time. We recommend exporting your data first; after closure, data is deleted according to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
- If we ever have to discontinue the service, we will announce it in advance and give you a reasonable period to export your data.
11. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of data or indirect damages.
- In any case, our total liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Liability arising from our intent or gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, are excluded from this clause.
- Consequences on your Amazon account (including warnings, suspensions or payment holds) are between you and Amazon; DropPanel cannot be held responsible for them.
12. Intellectual property
The service's software, design, brand and content belong to us and are protected by applicable law. You receive only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Your data is not covered by this clause; it is yours.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with the date above; significant changes are additionally announced inside the panel. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices at our place of business have jurisdiction over disputes.
