The operations panel for Amazon-to-Amazon sellers

Order to doorstep,
package to profit.
One panel.

Amazon Dispatch → Warehouse → Customer: follow both stages of a shipment on a single timeline. Know the real profit of every sale at the exchange rate for the day it sold. When a package gets stuck, you find out before your customer does.

01 One package, end to end

From the Amazon warehouse to your customer's door, what happens at each step?

An Amazon-to-Amazon package travels in two stages: first within the US to your warehouse, then internationally to the customer. DropPanel does a different job at each of the six checkpoints.

01

Amazon — the order is recorded

The order goes into the panel and the carrier is identified from the tracking number. You can upload your spreadsheet or CSV file as it is. Duplicate numbers are caught, and a row we cannot read is never dropped in silence — you are told about it.

02

Warehouse — stage one ends

Arrival at the warehouse is recorded, but the order is not “Delivered” — the customer doesn’t have it yet. Packages waiting to be shipped out are collected in the Warehouse Turnover list, and a wait that keeps growing turns into a warning.

03

Dispatch — stage two begins

Events arrive from a network of 1,600+ carriers, and customs terms are explained right under the event that mentions them. Packages that share the same problem are grouped under Bulk Actions, so you manage them together instead of one by one.

04

Customs — the wait becomes visible

A package held at customs for an extended period is counted under Customs Risk. The AI Status Report comes in three parts: Status · Assessment · Action. If the package is stuck, it names the likely reason and offers to set a reminder.

05

Local Delivery — know the risk in advance

When the carrier’s estimate runs past your deadline, Deadline risk flags it days in advance. A notification goes to your phone, so you can act on a late package before your customer asks about it — and before it reaches your account health.

06

Customer — profit and returns settle

Each sale lands in your books at the exchange rate for the day it sold, and delivery closes the row. If the package comes back, the item, the outbound shipping and the return shipping are combined into a single net loss. When a customer writes, paste the message in and get a draft reply in their language.

02 What’s in the panel

Everything that happens after the order, in one place.

Not a lister and not a repricer. DropPanel starts after the sale: shipments, profit, returns, customers and notifications.

Logistics Command Map

Real borders for 236+ countries, down to state- and city-level positions. The panel marks the last known location of a package, and the card says how precise it is (city / state / country).

STATUS

The package has been in customs in Mississauga, ON, for 2 days. Day 4 of stage two; the carrier’s last event is “Held at customs.”

ASSESSMENT

Same event for 2 days; day 4 of stage two with 3 days to the deadline — delay risk is medium. The carrier gave no reason; the most likely one is a missing declaration or invoice.

ACTION

Confirm with your warehouse that the commercial invoice reached the carrier. If there is no movement tomorrow, tell the customer before they ask.

04 Data safety

One failure can never take a single record from you.

Anyone leaving spreadsheets behind has one condition: nothing gets lost. Six independent layers, each tested against real failure scenarios.

  1. L1

    History on your device

Every record is written to a local history first, so you can roll back to any earlier version.

  2. L2

    Versioned cloud backup

Versions that cannot be altered; a failed device or a bad update cannot erase the history.

  3. L3

    Server safety brake

A change that suddenly drops your record count is stopped on the server and waits for your approval.

  4. L4

    Health watchdog

A panel that cannot reach the cloud is not allowed to say “Ready.” It cannot fail silently.

  5. L5

    Continuous reconciliation

Device and cloud counts are compared regularly, and any mismatch becomes visible.

  6. L6

A copy on your own disk

Automatic copies into a folder you choose (desktop Chrome or Edge) — pick a OneDrive or Google Drive folder and your backup lands with a second provider too.

For a single record to be lost, all of these would have to happen at once

  1. 1The record on your device is corrupted
  2. 2The history on that same device goes too
  3. 3Your live record on the server is corrupted
  4. 4Every immutable cloud backup is destroyed
  5. 5The copies on your own disk are deleted

And all of it would have to happen without tripping the health watchdog, the server destruction brake or the reconciliation warning. A single failure — a broken device, a bad release, an accidental bulk delete — touches one link of this chain; the record stays in the other five places.

Your data is stored on servers in Europe; backup history is kept separate from the live record. More than 4,800 automated tests run before every release.

05 Phone and tablet

Away from your desk? You still know.

Packages move no matter which time zone you are in. Add the panel to your home screen so it opens like an app, and let your phone tell you when a package gets stuck. You decide the hours in which notifications stay quiet. No sideways scrolling; everything fits the screen.

  • Add to home screen on iPhone and Android
  • Notifications with the app closed; you choose the quiet hours
  • A setting you change on the phone applies on the desktop too
  • English or Turkish interface, one tap away
